CRICKET MATCH.

A match was played on Wednesday afternoon in the Botanical Gardens between tbe Bishop's school and tbe first division of the Bridge-street school, and resulted in a victory for the latter. The toss was won by Bridge-street, who sent their opponents to the wickets. The batting of Asftew, Whitwell, nnd Pickett of the Bridge-street, and Greenfield of the Bishop's School was very good, and also the bowling of Snow, j J^b time did not admit of the game being finished, it was agreed that the first innings should decide the match.
