London, March 2. The lock-out in South Wales continues. The New Zealand loan has been successful. The subscriptions ore closed. March 4. In a letter publishel by John Bright, he ridicules Home rule. Prussia has resolved to require the Bishop 3 to recognise the supremacy of the State over tbe Papal authority under the penalty of disendowment, and intends to re-establish a place (?) in regard to ecclesiastical documents.
