The general course of the lino will be along the Railway line.tfrom Richmond to Fox-hill, and near the road by Fogden's, through the Big Bush to junction of the Bu'ler and Top House roads. Poles to be rawn from the heart of Totara, to be perfectly sound, straight, and free from sap, shake, loose knots, or any other defect. The greater number of the Poles to b° each Twenty (20) feet long, the remainder to be each Twenty-five (25) feet long, all to be Eight inches square at the butt, and Six (6) inches square at the top end. Poles to be delivered along the line at pegs, following the general course above indicated.
