The p.s. Wallace, W. Conway, comman.er, arrived alongside tbe Albion Wharf en Faturday at 430 p.m. alier her round of West Coast ports. She reports leaving Nelson on Feb. 56, at 12 noon, with very little wiod and smooth cc* until r> unding the Spit end, wivn she experienced the wind strong from the 8 W. with heavy sea, compelling her to ceme to an anchor at the Cape for shelter, until tho following morning, whtn fhe got under weigh, the wind then not blowing so tt ong, but it soon freshened and continued ur.tll her arrival at West port on the 28th at 5 a .in. Lelt again March lit Rt 5 pm. with a light S.W. wind, and arrived on the 2nd at 5.80 a.m. Left again the same day at 3 p.m. and art iv cl at Greymouth the same tide at 5.30 p m Left again on the 3rd at 5 p.m., with wind strong from the N.W. and arrived at Westport on the 4th at Sam. intending to leave the same day, but owing to tbe strong northerly wind, accompankd with a be ivy sfa, she was prevented irom leaving until the ~fij&at4-_>-0. a.Pd arrived as above.
