Poles to be fawn from tho heart of Totara, to he perfectly sound, straight, and free from sap, shake, loose knots, or any other de ect. The greater number of the Poles to bj each Twenty (20) f ei t long, tho remainder to be each Twenty-five (25) feet long, all to bu Eight inches square at tho butt, and Six (6) inches square at the top end. Poles to be delivered along the line at pegs, following the general course above indicated. The wire and ot!;er material to be taken from Nelson, and to be delivered »t pegs, according to a list that will be furnished to the contractor The above works to he computed by the 31st day of July, 1875.
