Tlvreis general holidaying, and business is suspended. Brisbane, December 29. It is reported that the Communist refugees were set adrilt by a ship now off the coast. Sydney, December 29. The New Zetland Five per Cents are being pushed out at par. The ship Windsor Castle, arrived at Sydney, reports passing a burning vessel of 500 or 600 tons on October 22, in latitude 5 degs 20 mine, longitude 23 degs 50 mms. A full rigged ship, which was standing by, had evidently rescued the crew. Anived — Chevert barque, from Otago.
