Starting from a point on the Nelson Haven one chain from the corner of Ruesell-streefc, and bearing 2> deg. magnetic, continuing the same bearing for a distance of 1300 links, thence by a line bearing 295deg magnetic, for a distance of 2200 links, thenca by a line hearing 205deg magnetic, for 3,400 links, thence by aline 115deg magnetic, for a distanc > of 800 links to the banks of the Harbor on Wakefleld Quay, and thence by the road to the^point from whence this description com tut need.
