Best Dressed Competitor 20 In addition to the Money Prize, a Silver Cup will be given by the Society to the winner of tbe Mile Race, provided the distance be run within five minutes, to be won for two consecutive years. REGULATIONS. 1. Entries must be made at the Entry Booth. 2. Unles two competitors enter, no prize will be givea ; and unless three competitors, no second prize. 8. No i eraon will be allowed to compete for any event whose dress has not been previously approved of by the Committee. 4. As no alteration will be permitted in the order of the events, compttitors are in formed that no entries will be received for Bny event alter the number of such event is signalled, and it is aiso intimated that as soon at an eveot is signalled it wi 1 be proceeded with. 5. Dispute* will be settled by the Judges, whose decision will be final. 6. Prizts will be settled on the ground. 7. Competitors for Tilting to go at a hand gallop 8. No horses allowed on the ground, except those entered for Tilting, and then only wl ile • hat game is in progress. 9. Competiti- n ior all events will be confined strictly t > amateurs. 10. Admission to the ground : One Shilling. 11. Admission to the Grand Stand; Two Shillings; Children, H«lf-price. 12. A first-class Instrumental Band will be in attendance. 13.
