REGULATIONS. 1. The affairs of the Society shall be managed by a Committee, to consist of a President, Treasurer,, Secretary, and four other members io be elected annually by the members 'of the Society. 2. The annual "J subscription, which shall become due on the Ist of July in each year, shall not be less than ten .hillings, which shall entitle the subscriber and his family on production oifais ticket at the door, to be admitted to the Shows. 3. Non-subscribers "may exhibit, and will be entitle i to prizes. 4. Every production, except cot flowers, must be in the Room belore ten o'clock ajn., and cut flowers in before half-past ten. Fo greater number of articles shall be exhibited for a prize than reuuired by the list, but each Exhibitor may send several sets for the same prize,, provided they be of different varieties or species. 7. No Exhibitor can take the second prize if the fir_t has been awarded to him. 8. Every plant shown in a pot or box must have been so grown for two months previous ly. 9. Every production except boquets and stands of flowers must be grown by the Exhibitor. 10. Every production shown as a seedling must have beea raited by the Exhibitor. 11. No person except the Secretary and hit assistant shall be allowed to be in the room whilst the Judges are awarding the prizes. 12. Tite Exhibition shall open at half -paat one, an) close at 5 o'clock, or ut such other time as the Commitiee shall direct, and no article shall be removed until the room is cleared of visitors. j 13.
