I am, &c, Hear Both Sides The Truth about Kuleman. — The Catholic Bishop of Talford, Dr Vaughan, (says the Dublin Nation) has given the coup de grace to the vile attempt to make >he Catholic* of Germany responsible for the recent alleged shooting at 'Bismatck; It will be remembered that *s soon as Kutlman waa arrested, it was tel graphed all over Europe thit he was a member of a Catholic Association at Salzweded. It turns out that there is no such Association at SalzwedeJ, and Dr Vaughan, on Sunday in Bolton, publicly asserted that Kutlman belonged in reality toa Protestant Association.
