The Mortgage will be for a Term of Twenty Years from the date thereof. Such Deed will , contain, amongst the other until provisio s ; in Mortgage Deels stipulations to the -fohow- ■ ing effect: — (1 ) That in the event of the General Government of New Zealand or the Provincial Government of Nelson requiring to take or use ay portion of the land compri«ed'in such se urity for Railway purposes, thJy shall be at liberty to take and use the same therefore without the consent of tbe Mortgagee b:-ing necessary t\ be obtained, ard without the Mortgagee thereof being entitled to any payii ein or compensat : on in respect thereof.
