A Committee ot the Agricultural Laborers' Union in London have adopted resolutions decsring that as we are not justified in declaring (?) we are not justified in appealing to the public for support for the locked out laborers in the Eastern counties during the harvest. They therefore offer them the alternative of emigration or depending on their own resources. The Committee is negotiating for easier terms for emigration to Canada. Luskttt Brothers, cotton merchants of Liverpool, have failed. Liabilities, 480,000 dollars. A special despatch to the Daily News reports great destruction of property by floods in Moravia. Two hundred persons had died, and houses had been swept away.
