Wellington, July 22. In the Supreme Court, in tbe<-se of Steele and Keogb v. Hutchinson, editor of the Tribune, a demurrer was raised to tbe defendant's pleadings in an action for libel Mr Travers appeared in support of lhe demurrer aod the Attorney-General opposed. His Honor r eserved judgment.
