In re T. R. Fisher.— This matter having stood over from last week, tbe deed of arrangement was, on tha motion of Mr Acton Adams, declared completely executed.

In re Samuel Stone, of Motueka, storekeeper. — A similar order was made in this matter on tho motion of Mr Fell. The debtor's liabilities were stated ot £2,284 5s 6 J, and twelve out ol bis sixteen creditors representing .£2,205 10s B J, had assented to the deed.

In re F. J. Hingston, of Nelson, storekeeper.— A similar order was made in this matter on tbe motion of Mr Fell. The liabilities were staled at £4,830 6s sd, and forty-five out of his sixty-three creditors, representing £3,921 9s 2d, bad assented to the deed.

In re Norman Campbell. — Mr Fsll asked that the matter might stand over for a week, as sufficient notice of intention to apply for a declaration of complete execution of the deed of arrangement had not been given. Mr Pitt, on behalf of Mr Slanders, examined the arranging debtor as to certain items in his statement of assets and liabilities, which he contended should be expunged. The points raised were purely technical ones, and the Court ruled it had no power to decjde them, the statement therefore remained as filed, and the matter was adjourned until Friday next.
