Itis intended that ihe head Office of the Bank shall be in Duoedin, and that a General Manager ]of high professional . standing ehajl be appointed to guide the operations of the Bank; and blbo that a Board of qualified Directors shall be elected from among the Committee to advise with the General Manager, and generally watch the interest* of the whole Institution. ,4th. As Boon as a sufficient number of shares have been applied for to werrant the commencement of business, the Head Office will bs opened in Dunedin, in suitable premises already secured under offer, and thereafter Branches will gradually be opened in the chief Centres of Settlement throughout the Colony. fith.
