Mr Binney reports oats, 5s 3d lo 5s 6d; barley, 6s ; wheat, 6s 3d to 6a 6d; maize, 7sj pollard and bran, 8s; flour, £14 to £14 10s; oatmeal, 265; pearl barley, £28 ; hams and bacon, lOd to 10£d; cheese, 8d; butter, Is 2d to ls 3d; potatoes, £6; peas and beans, 5s 6d. The City of Adelaide will be due at Auckland on the 20th instant with the mails of the Mikado, which proceeds to Sydney to dock, in consequence of grounding at Honolulu. The City of Adelaide goes south and returns on tbe sth July, proceeding to Sydney on the Bth. The Macgregor arrives from Sydney on the 4tb, aud leaves on the 6th for Kandavau with mails and passengers ex City of Adelaide, and returns with the mails ex Cyphrenes about the 18ih, when she goes south, then proceeds through to San Francis«o. Mr Alex. Saunders reports sales of Bank of New Zealand at £17 12s 6d; Alburnia, 425; Queen of May, 12s. Buyers: Caledonian, £9 17a 7d; City i of London, 269; Bismarck, 6s; Standard, 14s; Old Whau, 965; South British, 50s 6d. Dunedin, June 13. Mr W. H. Cotton and Captain Boyd left yesterday for the North as a deputation from the new Colonial Banking Company to operate with the various local committees formed over the Colony. Seventy thousand shares in the new Colonial Bank are applied for in Otago and Southland alone. New shares are applied for in both places.
