Oswald Curtis, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in exeiciseof the pow.r and authority in me vested in that. behalf, do hereby pr claim and declare that PHEASANTS and QUAIL may be SHOT during -the month of JUNE next, by persons DULY LICENSED under the ab .vf-recited Act, in that part of the PROVING M of NELSON included within the underm.ntion.d boundaries, viz. •.— Commenc ing at Reef Harbour, Torrentßay ; thence in a straight line to the summit of Mount Canlpbe'l ; thence by the boundary of the South-west Gold-fields to the junction of the rivers Hop, and Boiler ; thence in a straight line to the Top- . house :; thence by the boundaries between tbe Provinces of Nelson and Marlborough to the sea ; thence by the sea coast to Reef Harbour.
