Specifications can be eeen at the Provincial Engineer's Office, Nelson, and at Dillow's Accommodation House, Owen River. Security will be required for due performance of contract. TENDERS will be received at this Office, until THURSDAY, the 21st May, 1874, for DEBENTURES, with Coupons attached, to the amount of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED POUNDS, to be iesued upon the authority of the "Nelson City Loan Act, 1871." Each Tebenture shall be for the Sum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, bearing SIX per CENT. INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and subject in ail respects to the condition?, as to security and payment of interest as provided in the above-named Act. The Debentures will be made payable in Thirty Years irom the date of issue, with interest at tbe above-mentioned date, payable Half-yearly at this Office.| Tenders may be made for one or more Debentures, and must be forwarded, under cover, addressed to the Provincial Treasurer, Nelson, and marked "Tender for Debentures."
