PERSEVERANCE MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED). THE DIRECTORS having consulted the Miniug Manager whether he could modify his proposals for further proving the Mine (plans of whioh were laid before Shareholders at a recent General Meeting), and he reporting there was no alteration thereof that he could recommend, and if the Company were unable to carry them out it would ba better to wintl-up ; and as the uncalled Capital is insufficient to complete those Works, the Directors have decided to recommend to Shareholders to WIND-UP tho COMPANY. Those Sharedolders who have not sent in to the Office their Proxies, are therefore particularly requested to do bo without delay, to that all expenses may ce_se with as little delay as possible. When sufficient Proxies have been received to ensure a majority v ior winding-up, tbe usual formal Meeting will be convened, of which due notice will be given. By order of the Director?, JOHN R.
