The drawings will take place in the morth of October in each year, commencing in 1876, at the office of, and on a day to bo notified by the Improvement Commissioners, and will be conducted in presence of a Notary Public and any of the Debenturehold- rs who may please to attend. The Debentures drawn will be paid at par on the 10th January following. The Commissioners declare their minimum at par, aad Tenders at or above that rate, in accordance with the form annexed, and a dressed " Tender for Six per cent. Debentures," will be received by the Bank of New Zeiland, at Aucklnid, up to Noon oi TUESDAY, the 30 th of June next, when they will be opened in presence of any of the Tenderers who elect to attend. Payment will be required as follows — On application, 5 per cent, on amount applied for. On 15th July', equal to 50 per cent, (in-clut-ive of deposit) on amount allotted. On 3lst July, 50 per cent. The Debentures will bear interest from Ist July, 1874. Service No. 1 to commence at the Manukau on the 22ad proximo, and Service No. 2 to commence at Nelson ou the arrival of tbe steamer performing Service .No. 1.
