M'Rab, and the Executors of the late Nbhemiah M'Rae, to SELL by public AUCTION, at their Rooms, Trafalgar-street, Nelson, on THURSDAY, the 16th of April, 1874, at boon, the lollowing valuable PROPERTIES, viz. :— Lot 1. The CAMDEN RUN, in the District of Awatere and Province of Marlborough, consisting of— 5,511 Acres 3 roods 28 perches Freehold 20,360 Acres Leasehold. With 12,000 SHEEP, principally young. 4 Cart Horses 1 Dray. The improvements on this Run consist of a House and Sheep Yards. The Leasehold land is held under the Waste Lands Regulations of the Province of Marlborough The rental is £60 per annum. The Lease has 11 years to run, and can be renewed. Lot 2. RING CREEK RUN, in the District of Awatere and Province of Marlborough, consisting of — 9,530 Acres, Leasehold^ With 4,000 sheep: 4 Cart Horses 1 Dray. __ This Station adjoins Blarich Station "and the Shearing Reserve.
