The CAMDEN RUN, in the District of Awatere and Province of Marlborough, consisting of— 5,511 Acres 3 roods 28 perches Freehold 20,360 Acres Leasehold. ! With 12,000 SHEEP, principally young. 4 Cart Horses 1 Dray. The improvements on this Run consist of a House and Sheep Yards. Tbe Leasehold land is held under the Waste Lands Regulations of the Province of Marlborough. . The rental is £60 per annum. The Lease has 11 years to run, and can be renewed. Lot 2.
