The Leasehold land is held under the Waste, Lands Regulations of the Province of Marlborough. The rental is £60 per annum. The Lease has 11 years to run, and can be renewed. Lot 2. RING CREEK RUP, in the District of Awatere and Province of Marlborougb, consisting of — 9,530 Acres, Leasehold With 4,000 SHEEP 4 Cart Horses 1 Dray.
