RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

This Day. [Before L. Bkoad, Esq., R M., the Hon. T. Renwicic, & J. Symons, Esq , J.J.P. Mary Ann Pike was charged by Edward Touet with keeping an indeaeut and disorderly house in Collingwoosi-street, to the great annoyance and damage of tha neighbors. Mr Acton Adams appeared for the complainant. Evidence having been taken at considerable length, the prisoner was committed for trial at the next sittings of the Supreme Court. Wil iam Rowell, for using profane and indecent language in a public thoroughfare at the Port, was fined £2, and coats 9s. Winifred Robinson, charged with being "druuk *md disorderly, was fined 10s and costs.
