With 12,000 SHEEP, principally young. 4 Cart Horses 1 Dray. The improvements on this Run consist of a House and Sheep Yards. The Leasehold land is held under the Waste Lands Begulations of the Province of Marlborough Tho rental is £60 per annum. The Lease has 11 years to run, and can be renewed. Lot 2.
