The CAMDEN RUN, iu the District of Awatere and Province of Marlborough, consisting of — 5,511 Acres 3 roods 28 perches Freehold 20,350 Acres Leasehold. With 12,000 SHEEP, principally young. 4 Cart Horses 1 Dray. The improvements on this Run consist of a House and Sheep Yards. The Leasehold land is held under the Waste Lands Begulations of the Province of Marlborough Tho rental is £60 per annum. The Lease has 11 years to run, and can be renewed. Lot 2. RTNG CREEK RUN, in the District of Awatere and Province of Marlborough, consisting of — 9,530 Acres, Leasehold. With 4,000 SHEEP 4 Cart Horses 1 Dray. This Statnn adjoins Blarich Station and the Shearing Reserve. The Lease is held under the same conditions as Camden, has 11 years to run, and cau be renewed. The rental is £40 per annum. Lot 3. A BOILING-DOWN PLANT on the Blarich Estate, to be sold to be removed. The plant is in first-rate order, and is capable of boiling down 500 Sheep per day. Lot 4. 6 Acres of valuable BUILDING LAND on the Maxwell-road, and within one mile of the town of Blenheim. Lot 5. Half-acre of LAND on the Maxwell-road, with eight-etalled Stable and Hay-room thereon. This is close to Blenheim, and an excellent Building Site. TENDERS will be received at this Office, up to NOON of WEDNESDAY, the 4th of March, 1874, for the SUPPLY and DELIVERY of about 90,000 RAILWAY SLEEPERS, viz., 50,000 for the Winton and Kingston Line, end 40,000 for the Westport and Mount Rochfort Line. They must, be addressed to the Hon. the Minister por Public Works, and marked outside, «' Tender for Sleepers." Specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Wellin-tton, Auckland, Foxton, Nelson, Westport, Greymouth, Hokitika, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill.
