SUBSCRIPTION LIST in AID of the WIDOW of MICHAEL CAMPION, an esteemed old resident, of Takaka, who died on the 25th ot December, 1873, from wounds received from a hayfork on the day previously. .The deceased leaves a Widow ih a delicate state of health and two infant children, who are by his deceasedeprived of tbeir means of support. The settlers of Takaka appeal with confidence to the public of Nelson to aid in raising a small sum which may be invested for the benefit of those so untimely and unhappily, bereaved.
