London, January 20. Cape Coast advices state that the troops landed on the 3rd, and started to cross the Prah, Captain Glover's expedition advancing in concert. The Ultramontanes newspaper 'Universe ' is suspended for two months for publishing a pastoral of the Bishop of Perigueux. This was in consequence of the representation of Prussia. France has abolished passports [for Italy. January 21. The Siamese twins are dead. The French Assembly has passed the Mayor's Bill by a majority of 42. The French Government declares its policy was to show the Pontiff a pious respect and filial solicitude whilst maintaining more amicable relations with Italy.
