Sealed Tenders, upon the forms furnished by the Surveyor, directed to the Chairman of the Board, and endorsed, "Tender for Drainage. Contract No. 1," must be delivered at the Office of the Board, not later than 7 o'clock p m., TO-DAY (FRIDAY), the 30th day of January.
