By his Honor Oswald Curtis, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand, &c, A c. WHEREAS a Petition, signed by a majority of the resident Electors of the District of Collingwood, to the effect that such district should be withdrawn from the operation of the " Cattle Trespasss Act, 1868," having been received by me, in accordance -with tbe provision of Clause 8 of the said Act: I, Oswald Cubtis, Superintendent of the Province of kelson aforesaid, hereby proclaim and declare that tbe District comprised within tbe boundaries of the Collingwood Roat Board District, as published in the Nelson Government Gazette, No. 32 of sth August, 1867, shall be and the same is hereby WITHDRAWN from the operation of the " Cattle Tjbespass Act, 1868,"' except as to Clauses 1 and 6 of the said Act. Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Nelson, this Seventeenth day of January, in tho year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.
