SUPREME COURT.

CIVIL SITTINGS. (Before hia Honor Mr Justice Richmond.) This Day. Donne v. Lucas and another. This was au notion (the particulars of which we shall publish to-morrow, to recover £500 damages on account of a certain libellous telegram published in the Evening Mail, of the 10th July. The Attorney- General and Mr Acton Adams appeared for the plaiutiff, and Mr Fell for the defendants. A verdict was returned for tho plaintiff, damages one farthing; the result of which is that each side pays its own costs.
