Mr Curtis's Meeting. — Mr Curtis will address lhe electors at the Provincial Hall this evening at 8 o'clock. The chair will be token by Mr Sharp. ! Mr Curtis at Upper Moutere.— Mr ■ Curtis addressed a meeting of the electors at the Upper Moutere laat night when about 70 were present. At the termination of the meetiog a vote of confidence in Mr Curtis wbb carried by 27 to 9. The Ballot- — It has come to onr knowledge that mrny persona are doubtful
