Election Meetings. — Mr Curtis will address the electors at Stoke to- night, at Upper Moutere on Monday, and in Nelson at the Provincial Hall oo Tuesday night. Exhibition Ball. — The Exhibition festivities were brought to a close last night by a ball at the Provincial Hall. Tbe Artillery band was in attendance, and there was a fair muster of dancers, all of whom appeared to thoroughly enjoy themselves. '' Mr Cdbtis at Golden Bay.— The friends of Mr Curtis will be glad to learn that bis visit lo Golden Bay has been most successful. At Takaka he addressed a meeting on Thursday night at which nearly 100 were present, and last night he held a meetiug at CoUingwood, when over fiity were in attendance. At both placeß he received unanimous votes of confidence.
