TO THE ELECTORS OF THE DISTRICT OF WAIMEA SOUTH. GENTLEMEN—I beg to inform you that it is my intention again to offer myself as a Candidate to represent your District ia the Provincial Council. GENTLEMEN,— At the request of very many residents in your district, I beg to offer myself aa a Candidate for representing your interests in the Nelson Provincial Council. I shall be the undeviating advocate of those Public Works which are required to place the Province in a position to fully develop its natural resources. I shall always support the employment of thoroughly efficient and properly qualified persons for carrying out such works, and ever agree with that true economy which, while carefully checking undue expense, will liberally provide for every reproductive and really useful measure.
