MoarDAr next being a general holiday' Mail will be published at 10 a.m. Chtjrqh Parade. — There will be a church parade to-morrow morning of the Volunteers, who will meet at half-past ten and march to All Saint's Church, headed by tbeb&nd. Prince of Wales' Birthday.—Monday will be observed as a general holiday, to-morrow being the Prince of Wales' Birthday. The Volunteers will meet in the Botanical Gardens, when they will be inspected by the Hon. Major Richmond. At noon a salute will be fired by the Artiihry. Rifle Match. — A friendly rifle contest will take place between the Taranaki Foresters and the Nelson Foresters, twelve men a side. , The Nelson team -fire on Monday morning, at the Maitai range, in charge of Lieutenant D. Burn, of the City Rifles. The Taranaki team fired yesterday. . Wesletak Chukch.— The annual District meeting of Wesleyan Ministers will be held in Nelson during next week. Public religions services will be held in the Wesleyan Church, Hardy-street, each morning at 6, and in the evening at 7 o'clock. Ministers attending the Session are from the Wellington, Marlborough, and Kelson Provinces, and County of Westland, The Rev David McNicoll, from Greymonth, will preach to-morrow morning at 11, and Rev J. B. Richardson, from the Hutt, Wellington, in the evening at 6.80.
