I am no stranger to you, paving lived in Nelson .thirty-three years, during which time I have 'served the public on the Board of Works, having been returned by large majorities at three elections. ; I have also held a seat, for several years, on the i 1 City Local Committee of Education. Should you do me the honor to elect me as one of your representatives, I shall give my warm • support to the extension of the Railway from Foxhill to the West Coast. I shall also give my earnest attention to the in- . crease of the Harbor Accommodation and other necessary Public Works, as weli as to such measures as are calculated to< speedily develope the great mineral resources of the province, upon which the future of Nelson so largely depends.
