The brig Minora, 43 days from Mauritius, arrived this morning, with 300 tons of sugar lor Messrs N. .^d wards & Co. The Ladybird will arrive from New Plymouth and Manukan earty on Wednesday morning, and remain here until Sa'turday, when she will start on the excursion trip to the Canterbury races. The Manawatu will arrive here to-morrow morning from Wellirgton direct, with a cargo of Yankee notions ex Skimmer of the Seas, for Messrs. N. Edwards arid Co. She will sail on Wednesday morning for Picton and Wellington. The Wallace arrived at Hokitika from Westport .this morning. She reports bad weather on the coast. The Charles Edward arrived at Wanganui from Manukpu this morning, and will sail thence -for West Coast ports to-morrow evening. '-■•— — — - .
