ELECTION NOTICE. IN- pursuance ot the " Provincial Elections Act--1858," and " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1870," I, Lowther Broad, Returning Officer for the Election of a Superintendent for the Province of Nelson, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the 14th day of October, 1873, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for the Return of one qualified person to serve as Superintendent for the said Province; and that the NOMINATION ot Candidates will take place at the Provincial Hall, Nelson, at Noon on SATURDAY, the Bth day of November, 1873; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on WEDNESDAY, the 10th day of December, 1873.
