In this matter, which has been several tim^a before the Court,' Mr Pite, for Mr James Waiijrins, one of. the Trus'tees in. the estatcjsbrae timeisince applied for leave for Mr Watkins to nae the name I of his co-trustee, Mr Robert M'Crindle, in an action sg-inst Mesßrs Peter M'lntosh & Sons, of Glasgow. The matter had been spoken to several times, an i this morning Mr Pitt stated that ! the dispute with Messrs Peter Molntosh & Sons had been amicable arranged, one of the conditions being that Mr M'Crindle, who has left the colony, should give up his trusteeship, in order to allow of the estate being wound up by Mr Watkins. . Mr Fell appeared for Mr M'C.iadle, and stated that Mr M'CrindJe was willing Ap rpsign;, aadrto; consent to any such order beii% jmadepiS':£heV matter as would ensure the speedy wmding"up "of" the estate. After considerable discussion the motion 'took the form of an application by Mr Fell for an order accepting the resignation of Mr M'Crindle as trustee, Mr Pitt, on behalf of Mr Watkins, consenting to the order. His Honor said that he thought be had sufficient power under sections 100 and 271 of the Bankruptcy Act to make the order. Order made accepting the^resigna.tion.jpf .Robert.
