The Fitchburg (Massachusetts) Sentinel an excellent paper, is going to start a daily. We are glad of it. We started a daily once. We ran it nearly four months and then passed. Since tben we take a lively interest in such enterprises. We have no doubt the Sentinel people will make jhe daily work, and we are quite positive it will make them woik. A man who goes through life without having started a daily paper misses a rare and valuable experience. Falling down stairs with a cook-stove will hardly compensate him.— Danbury News. A Nova Scotia paper has the following: -—Our readers will remember the interesting report published about a year ago or tbe family uflairs of Mrs Absalom Countaway, of Terrace Bay — near to which the Atlantic disaster "occurred — who about that time had astonished the natives by giving birth to four children. Ihe operation has now been repealed, Mrs Countaway having given birth to another four on Thursday last.
