Passengers are reminded that the above steamer h«s lately undergone a most thorough overhaul of hull and machinery, besides receiving a new boiler. Her saloon has been entirely renovated, and her fore-cabin considerably enlarged. Altogether, she ma? he pronounced to be one of the fastest and most comfortable pissenger steamers in the Australian Colonies. Shippers and consignees are hereby informed thnt particular attention will be paid to the transhipment of cargo at the Manukau. As one of the Company's steamers wilt always be ready on the Phoebe's arrival from Sydney, the Company will always be in a position to guarantee that no delay will take place in forwarding cargo. The want of regular communication between Sydney and the Southern port 3 of this Colony has long been felt, and the Company therefore rely upon the support of the public ior this the shortest route between Australia and New Zealand.
