The Phcabe left Wellington for Picton and Nelson at 1.45 this afternoon. The Claud Hamilton arrived at the outer anchorage a little after three tbis afternoon, just too late for the tide. She will be unable to enter the harbor before midnight. She sails South on Monday afternoon. The p.s. Charles Edward, T. Whitwell Commander, arrived here from West Coast ports this afternoon at 1 o'clock. She left Nelson on Friday tbe sth instant, at 8 am, arriving at Westport the next day, where she was detained tUI Monday by bad weather, arrived at Hokitika on Tuesday morning, left there Wednesday for Greymouth, lelt the latter port on Thursday afternoon, at one o'clock, arrivfng at Westport same afternoon, left Westport at noon yeiterday, arriving here as above.
