Stavert, Sdver-hunting Lever Watch, value £6 6s— For the best dressed bale of Flax. Sir D. Monro, £2— For the best specimen of Fruit (citron kind). Lowther Broad, £s—For5 — For the best Tale written by a local author. vartin Lightband— £ I for Boots consisting of two pairs each of Men's, Women's and Youth's Boots, Pegged Bottoms, Calf and Kip Uppers, the leather being Nelson manufacture, and of a kind adapted for ordinary wear. £1 for the best exhibit of Nelson Leather. £1 for two or more Suits of Clothing made from Nelson Tweed, either by machine or hand, with a view to competition with the imported article. £1 for the best exhibition of Domestic and Manufacturing Sewing Machines. £1 for the best assortment of Nelson made Fruit and Grape Wine. The award to be taken by the exhibitors whose Wines may receive the largest sale at the Refreshment Room in the Exhibition, on conditions imposed by Committee. J. H. Levien, one box Mathematical Instruments. Prizes to be drawn for " Art Union " style, ° proceeds to go to the Exhibition Fund, I. Johns, Wedding Cake, value £5 ss. James Smith. 3 dozen Nelson assorted Wines. Do., 1 dozen Liqeurs
