The ss. Murray arrived at Hokitika this morning from. Westport, and was to.leay&at .5 o'clock tins evening, for Greymouth. •"' • Tbe Taranaki- left Port Chalmers for Lyttelton at 830 p.m. iast' night. From tbe fact of her movements .^tieing notified at tbe Telegraph office, it may be presumed that she is bringing up the Suez mail. The ss. Pboßbe, H. Worsp, Esq., commander, arrived about 4 o'clock this morning. She left Onehanga Wharf at 2.15 pm. on the l6t and was compelled to anchor inside, the Heads; crossed a rough bar the next day abont 4 p.m., arriving at Taranaki at 8.45 a.m on the 3rd; left at 1.15 p.m. for Nelson, arriving as above.
