Sinclair, commander, left Hotison's Bay at 1.15 pm. on 11th July, passed the Heads at 4 15 p.m., Wilson's Promontory at 1 am. on the 12th, Sisters at 8 a.m , arriving off Hokiiika at 540 ptn on the 16th. The weather being rough lay tff till next day, and was tendered at 2 p.m. on the 17th; saied for Nelson at 3.30 p m., passed Cape Farewell at 9.30 a.m. on the 18th, arriving at Nelson at 5 p.m. San c tfay.
