ALTERATION OF, ROADS. nnHE Undersigned give notice that, they intend JL toapplvto two or more Justves of the Peace, at a sittiug to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 30th day of July, 1873, at the Court-house, Nelson, for an order for STOPPING UP the undermentioned ROADS, and for ranking others in lieu thereof; and further, that 'We have caused survey plans of the several lines of roads proposed to be stopped pp. substituted, and made, together with the books of reference and estimates to bfc deposited with the Cl-rfc to the Magistrates, at Nelson, ami with the Constable of the district of Suburban North :— To stop up part of a road in the district of s~% SubjiTDan North, running from the line of «3!^-' rjxm stopped under order of the Magis- . 4th i?eptember, 1856, in a Southy^ easterly direction for a distance of 400 /\ links, and 1800 links to the division line between Sections 10 and-i'l and which is .shown by the pink color on the plan attached to this application, and to si op up a "certain occupier's road in the said district, and 1 Tinning through the Section muji^red ' 11; commencing at the trunk liae^Troftd to Kelson, and running ia a 8ow&i : easterly direction for a distance oi abo^?22oo links, and terminating «t a line.
