Taken, or Killed, in any part of the Colony, until the same shall have been Proclaimed as Open for that purpose: Now therefore I, Oswali> Cubtis, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in exercise of the powerand authority in mi vested in that behalf, do hereby Proclaim and Declare that PHEASANTS and QUAIL may be SHOT during the month of JUNE, by persons duly licensed under the above recited Act, or authorised by "The Protection of Animals Act, 1872," in that part of the Province of Nelson included within the undermentioned boundaries, viz. — . ■ Commencing at Keef Harbor, Torreat Bay; thence in a straight line, to the summit of Mount Campbell ; thence by the boundary of the South-wept Goldfieldß to the junction of the Rivers Hope and Bull er; thence in a straight line to the Tophouse; thence by the boundaries between the Provinces of Nelson and Marlborough to the sea; thence by the sea coast to Reef Harbor.
