NOTICE is' Hereby Given, that on and after the 12th day of JUNE, 1873 next, the Provisions of the " Cattle Trespass Act, 1868," will j be Enforced on my LAND, being the northern part of section 20, 21, and 22, situated in the Riwaka, District, and that it is my intention to Claim Damnges for all Cattle Trespassing upon the said Land, whether the same shall be fenced or unfenced.
