Each Debenture shall be for the sum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, bearing: SIX PER CENT. INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and subject in alt respects to the, conditions as to security and payment of interest, provided in the above-named Act. The Debentures will be made payable in Thirty Years from the date of issue, with interest at the above-mentioned rate, payable hallyearly at this office.
