Each Debenture shall be for the Bum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, bearing SIX PER CENT. INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and subject in all respects to the conditions as tosecurity and payment of interest, provided in the above-named Act. The Debentures wili be made payable in Thirty Years from the date of issue, with iaterest at the above-mentioned rate, payable hallyearly at this office.
