NELSON CITY LOAN FOR GAS AND * WATERWORKS TENDERS will be received at this Office until MONDAY, the 9th day of June, 1873, for DEBENTURES, with Coupons attached, to the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND POUNDS to be issued under the authority of " The Nelson City Loan Act, 1871." Each Debentare shall be for the suni of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, bearing SIX PES CENT. INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and subject in all respects to the conditions as to security and payment of interest, provided in the above-named Act.
